Other times the customer was told by the garden center that they did not water the tree and they were not going to replace it. How it is Handled - The more a tree is handled the more root damage can occur. If you cannot go that route make sure that they are using the proper equipment to plant the trees. Few things are worse for a tree than to be dropped, kicked, pulled, and pried; this is what will happen if they are not using the proper equipment to plant the tree.
